Summary
HABITAR proposes a reflection on the use we make of the territory and the current domestic space, through the definition of the concepts of territory, place, identity, habitation, artifice and nature. It presents the set of conferences and projects carried out in a workshop for architecture students organized in the abandoned village of Villarbón.
This book is also the portrait of an intervention experience in an abandoned mountain habitat, an approach to the consequences of current territorial dynamics, the change in its uses, the mobility of its inhabitants, the rapid transformation of the territory, the extension of urbanization, and criticism of the alternatives proposed in the planning of rural spaces.
